Skirball MS Focuses on Haiti 0
The students at Jack H. Skirball Middle school had already made preparations for other projects in their community; but in light the recent tragedy in Haiti, they changed their plans and have reorganized their projects to focus on providing aid to Haiti. One of the unique things going on in this school is that
they a group that is focused on preparing the marketing materials that the other groups will use in their project. They have researched several printing places and are designing stickers to give to all that donate or participate in their programs.
New Project Give School in the San Fernando Valley!!! 1
Project Give was introduced today to the students at Olive Vista Middle School in Sylmar today. This Is Project Give’s First middle school in the San Fernando valley! The teachers and administration at the school have shown incredible enthusiasm and support for Project Give. The presentation took place in the morning hours before nutrition. By the time the bell rang for nutrition, students flooded the School’s Project Give lead teacher Richard Ramos’s classroom to get the applications. Within minutes finished applications piled up. We are eagerly awaiting the problems that these students will tackle…

From Ridgecrest to Haiti 0
The Ridge
crest Project Give students have started a new project for the month of February called “Hearts for Haiti”. They have made boxes for monetary donations and they will be put in each classroom. They also had bracelets donated that they will be selling all month during the lunch period. They have made special valentine-grams that students can purchase and send to other students. All proceeds from their sales will be donated to haiti and all funds they raise will be matched by a local corporation. They kicked off the project on February 1st sending love to our friends in Haiti.
